About Our Program

Welcome to Bat Company Softball, a program built on the mentality to compete at every level.  Built on a foundation of training and development, we strive to inspire our athletes to elevate our game both as individuals and as a TEAM every day.  Our goal is to prepare our athletes to earn the opportunity to play at the next level by pushing the limits of what they believe they are capable of.  We learn to become comfortable being uncomfortable because we train and prepare for it.  Our confidence is grounded in knowing we have done the work to be ready to compete, regardless of what the game throws at us.  We wear our uniform with pride.  We respect the game we love to play by being good teammates and controlling what we can control.  We know that while the expectations are high and the work is hard, it will also be fun because the culture of Bat Company Softball is what each one of us contributes to it.
