Owner/ Lead Trainer

For me Training is more than working on swing mechanics or blocking drills. It’s the relationship you get to have with these young kids. You get to be a little chapter in their book of inspiration, motivation, and strength! Yes baseball and softball are my tool to reach these young athletes, but for me you have to train the mind as much as the body!

I have done over 13,000 private training sessions and coached in over 3,000 games and it all comes down to 3 things!

1. Is the kid prepared did they put in the time to be successful in this game?
2.Do they have the mentality to compete to be ready for a fastball or anticipate the play on defense?

3.Can they handle failure? When something goes wrong, can they recover?

Private lessons to me are, of course, all about mechanics, but more importantly are we working on those big 3. It doesn’t matter if you are a young player who wants to get better or a polished all star trying to get drafted. I love working with anyone who wants to put in the time and effort to get better! I was a catcher my whole life, so I know that position well, but I love to study the latest trends for all positions and love to teach all things baseball and softball.

Come sign up for training and join the BC family. Let’s get to work!
